Underwater Treadmill therapy has many benefits for pets. The water is warm and soothing to aching muscles.  The water provides buoyancy to keep the pet upright, and the treadmill allows for gait patterning. 

 

Additionally, when the pet walks through the water, the joint range of motion is increased, and the resistance can help strengthen the pet and improve cardiovascular health.
